The Russian city of St Petersburg will stage the inaugural UEFA European Under-21 Futsal Tournament, scheduled for 8-14 December 2008. Qualifiers Croatia, Italy, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain and Ukraine will join hosts Russia in the finals, which will consist of two groups of four, leading to semi-finals and a final.
