The 2008 FIFA Futsal World Cup will take place in Brazil from 4-19 October. They will follow in the footsteps of previous hosts the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Spain, Guatemala and Chinese Taipei. Twenty teams will take part, including six from Europe, four from Asia, two from Africa, three from North and Central America, one from Oceania and four from South America including the hosts.
