UEFA has produced a club manual for the UEFA Women's Cup which contains further information and guidelines for participating clubs.

The manual is designed to help clubs:
• organise high-level mini-tournaments (qualifying rounds)
• organise high-level home matches (final round)
• provide visiting teams, referees and UEFA representatives with the highest possible level of service so they can fully concentrate on their matches and duties
• provide the participating teams with the best possible conditions to ensure they can play high-quality football
• provide modern and adequate infrastructure that meet the expectations of the players
• ensure that the same level of organisation can be found throughout Europe
• promote the matches and, consequently, realise maximum stadium attendances and media coverage
• realise their commercial potential

Extensive briefing
UEFA Competition Manager Women's Football, Anne Vonnez-King said: "The club manual is intended as a tool to assist clubs hosting matches in the competition. We hope that this manual will become an indispensable reference document helping guide clubs in the organisation of high-level competition matches.

"The manual also contains a chapter on promotion and marketing, as well as a chapter containing guidelines on the use of the UEFA Women's Cup brand identity. An accompanying CD-ROM contains artwork templates for the production of competition-branded print material and signage. We hope that the Manual will not only help strengthen the competition, but also help clubs to efficiently use UEFA resources. "
