Honour for Charleroi and Prato

Action 21 Charleroi and Prato C/5 will act as hosts for the 2003 UEFA Futsal Cup second qualifying round.

Belgian club Action 21 Charleroi and Italian side Prato C/5 have been chosen as the hosts for the 2003 UEFA Futsal Cup second qualifying round.

Divided into two
Eight teams are left in the competition and have been divided into two groups of four. Charleroi will stage Group A while Prato will have the honour of being hosts of Group B.

Two-legged final
In each group, each side will play each other once on a mini-tournament basis between 17-23 March. The two group winners will then progress to a two-legged final in April next year. The side that comes out on top in the final will follow 2002 champions Playas de Castellón as holders of the UEFA Futsal Cup.

Kept apart
Castellón are one of two Spanish sides in the last eight, along with Interviu Boomerang. They have been kept apart in the groups and could meet in the final, while Castellón could also find themselves up against 2001 runners-up Charleroi after they too were kept apart in the draw.
