Grand prize for futsal contenders

The UEFA European Futsal Championship kicks off later this month – and the eight finalists will be competing for a brand-new trophy in the Porto region.

The UEFA European Futsal Championship kicks off in just 15 days' time – and the eight finalists will compete for a brand-new trophy in Portugal.

Relaunch
Unveiled today, the trophy is inspired by the new competition logo and the complete relaunch of the tournament brand. The side elevation of the silverware represents the fast pace and agility of futsal, specifically through the motion sweep element encompassing the ball. The aerial view of the trophy combines all the elements together – forming an exact replica of the UEFA European Futsal Championship logo itself.

Schedule
Hosts Portugal launch the competition in the Porto region on 16 November against Italy, with the other Group A contenders Romania and the Czech Republic meeting later that evening. The next day Spain start their title defence against Ukraine in Group B followed by Russia's encounter with Serbia. Group games continue until 21 November, with the semi-finals two days later. The final is on Sunday 25 November, and Eurosport will provide live coverage throughout the tournament.
