UEFA Futsal EURO 2012 will be played in Croatia between Tuesday 31 January and Saturday 11 February at the Zagreb Arena and the Spaladium Arena, Split. Media representatives and non-rights holding broadcasters can apply for accreditation and match bookings through UEFA's online database FAME, using their FAME profiles, via the following links:
Non-rights holding radio stations or television broadcasters: https://broadcasters.fame.uefa.com
All media representatives and/or their companies which do not possess a FAME account need to register in FAME. They may apply for accreditation once their application has been approved.
Individual media representatives can register on: http://www.uefa.com/MIUFAMEregistration.
Non-rights holding broadcasters or radio stations are invited to contact UEFA media accreditation services, using the firstname.lastname@example.org email, for details about the CFOU policy – i.e. person responsible for entering and managing all accreditation requests for a company.
Kindly note that due to a FAME system update the media and broadcaster portals will be temporarily unavailable on 14 and 15 January.
Rights-holding broadcasters should contact Eurosport by emailing email@example.com or phoning +33 1 40 93 78 97 regarding accreditation matters and other services.
The FAME portal will remain open for accreditation requests until the day before the final on 11 February and the status of requests will be visible in FAME.
UEFA is not responsible for ordering or reserving telephone lines at either venue. The media working areas and media sectors at the Zagreb Arena and Spaladium Arena, Split, are equipped with Wi-Fi connection.
In case of cancellation caused by unforeseen circumstances, please immediately advise UEFA media accreditation services by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. No-shows will be taken into consideration for future UEFA events.
