The play-offs will involve the seven runners-up and best third-placed side from the main round and there will be an open draw (although the third-placed side cannot meet the runners-up from their group).

The two-legged ties will be played 17 and 24 September with the winners progressing to the finals in Belgium between 28 January and 8 February 2014.
