KS Flamurtari have lifted the Albanian Cup for the third time – and the first since 1988 – after Hair Zeqiri's 93rd-minute goal clinched a 2-1 victory for the underdogs over KF Tirana.

Flamurtari had lost three cup finals to Tirana but came from behind to end a 21-year exile from the winners' podium thanks to Devis Mema's 65th-minute strike followed by Zegiri's added-time clincher. Tirana had led through a Rezart Dabulla header three minutes before half-time. Flamurtari have thus earned a place in the second qualifying round of next season's UEFA Europa League.
