• Victor Santos took over the helm of the Andorran Football Federation (FAF) following 18 years within its ranks, during which time he performed various tasks.

• A former coach of FC Encamp, Santos was in charge of the top-flight side when they faced FC Zenit in a UEFA Cup qualifying round tie in 2002/03. He would later go on to have a role with the FAF, working with Andorran national sides in both football and futsal, while he also took up a post as sporting director with Centre Esportiu Pas de la Casa – or Encamp.

• Santos spent eight years before his election to his current post as the federation’s vice-president. He named developing youth football, women’s football and the footballing infrastructure within Andorra as key targets after his election. “[We will look to] facilitate by increasing the amount of football training pitches for every club in this country,” he said.
