Ten-man UE Sant Julià won their second trophy of the season, overcoming Primera Divisió rivals UE Santa Coloma 3-1 in extra time to add the Copa Constitució to their Andorran Super Cup.
Sunday's final sprung into life after half-time in Andorra la Vella when Sebastián Varela opened the scoring for Sant Julià, only for Boris Codina to find an equaliser. Varela was then dismissed to give Santa Coloma the initiative, yet Joaquim Salvat and Marcelo Igualcel struck in extra time to seal an unlikely Sant Julià victory.
After a first-half stalemate, Varela headed in from a corner four minutes after the restart to give Sant Julià the lead. Codina promptly equalised for Santa Coloma with a fierce effort and the contest then swung in favour of the latter club with Varela's sending-off.
However, they failed to make their numerical advantage count and, in overtime, Salvat turned in Carlos Jacques' cross to put Julio Ferreros' team in front. Salvat was involved again moments later, squaring for Igualcel to tap in a decisive third. Cup success for the league runners-up also earned them a place in next season's UEFA Europa League qualifying competition.
