Anorthosis Famagusta FC have installed the much-travelled Slavoljub Muslin as their third coach in as many months, the 56-year-old Serbian signing a one-year deal with the Cypriot club.
The appointment comes a little under two weeks after Ernst Middendorp was sacked following Anorthosis's surprise elimination from the UEFA Europa League second qualifying round by FK Petrovac. Middendorp had replaced the popular Temuri Ketsbaia, who left to take over at Olympiacos CFP, after talks to appoint Ewald Lienen broke down.
Muslin, who has coached FC Girondins de Bordeaux, FK Crvena Zvezda and FC Lokomotiv Moskva among others during a career spanning over 20 years, left FC Dinamo Minsk last month after the Belarusian outfit lost to Tromsø IL in the UEFA Europa League.
