• Mr Koutsokoumnis studied Statistics and Actuarial Science, and then attended various courses related to risk management. He is also a member of the Fellow Cyprus Association of Actuaries.
• Married with one son and one daughter, he started working with the Cyprus Football Association as vice-president and a head of the national teams department in 1994-1995. He was elected CFA president in 2001 and is currently member of the UEFA HatTrick Committee.
