A player who has shown tremendous potential in his first season in the Alpha Ethniki, the Proodeftiki FC defender Efthymis Koulouheris, has joined Olympiakos Piraeus FC.
The 22-year-old has signed a one-and-a-half year contract with an option of a further three seasons, although no transfer fee was disclosed. A Greek Under-21 international, Koulouheris has played for Proodeftiki since turning professional in 1998.
Meanwhile, Brazilian Edu Dracena has left Olympiakos by mutual consent. The Brazilian has returned to Guarani FC in his homeland just six months after agreeing to move to Athens on loan.
