S.S. Lazio are without a win in five Serie A games after succumbing to AC Siena 3-0, a result that lifted the home side off the bottom of the table. 

The visitors, who left it late to salvage a 3-3 draw at VfL Borussia Mönchengladbach in the UEFA Europa League round of 32 on Thursday, had barely caught their breath before Innocent Emeghara's sixth-minute opener. The midfielder snaffled Abdoulaye Konko's misplaced pass, combined with Matteo Rubin and thumped a header past visiting goalkeeper Federico Marchetti. 

The move that yielded the second was every bit as intricate. Emeghara played director again, back-heeling into the path of Rubin, whose first-time cross was turned home by Alessandro Rosina. The result was put beyond doubt shortly after the hour mark when Emeghara collected substitute Francesco Valiani's defence-splitting pass and finished unerringly past Marchetti.
