Italian international goalkeeper Morgan De Sanctis has left SSC Napoli in the wake of Pepe Reina's arrival and joined AS Roma in a €500,000 transfer, signing a two-year contract.

Morgan De Sanctis has left SSC Napoli after four seasons and signed a two-year contract with AS Roma.

The departure of the 36-year-old goalkeeper follows the confirmation of Pepe Reina's arrival on loan at Napoli from Liverpool FC. "Roma reached an agreement with Napoli to sign Morgan De Sanctis on a permanent basis for a €500,000 fee," read a statement on Roma's official website.
