César signs on for six years at Benfica

Signed for an undisclosed fee, Brazilian midfielder Bruno César will join Portuguese Liga outfit SL Benfica on a six-year deal from SC Corinthians Paulista at the end of the season.

SL Benfica's midfield is set to be boosted by the summer arrival of 22-year-old Brazilian Bruno César for an undisclosed fee.

César will join from SC Corinthians Paulista of his homeland on 1 July having agreed a six-year deal with the Portuguese Liga outfit. Benfica are second in the Portuguese top flight, 13 points adrift of FC Porto, and will face PSV Eindhoven in the UEFA Europa League quarter-finals on 7 and 14 April.
