Real Betis Balompié will be without striker Jorge López 'Tote' for at least a month after he tore a thigh muscle in training.
Betis medical chief Tomás Calero conducted magnetic scans on Tote's injured left thigh on Wednesday which revealed a small tear to muscle fibres. The 24-year-old, who left Real Madrid CF for Betis this summer, will undergo more tests this week but is certain to be sidelined for a minimum of four weeks.
On a brighter note, playmaker Jesús Capitán 'Capi' is reported to be recovering well from an ankle injury and should be back in action soon.
