Porto set up Benfica final date

FC Porto will face SL Benfica in next month's Portuguese League Cup final after edging past A. Académica de Coimbra in the last four. An open encounter hung in the balance until eight minutes from time, when winter signing Rúben Micael teed up Mariano González to fire in from range. Porto will face Benfica, 4-1 victors over Sporting Clube de Portugal on Tuesday, in the showpiece on 20 March.
