Jordi joins Rubin from Celta

FC Rubin Kazan have signed central defender Jordi from Spanish second division side RC Celta de Vigo for a fee of around €850,000. The UE Lleida academy graduate has put pen to paper on a three-year contract with the Russian champions who will be targeting a third successive Premier-Liga title in 2010. The 22-year-old scored once in 30 league appearances for Celta.
