Maccabi Netanya are looking for a new coach after announcing that Gidi Damti is to leave.

Maccabi Netanya are looking for a new coach after announcing that Gidi Damti would not be in charge next season.

Team survived
Damti has been instructed to leave despite guiding the team to safety after the departure of previous coach Uri Malmilyan midway through the season. Netanya have been linked with Maccabi Kiriat-Gat coach Gili Landau but the relegated club want to wait to see whether a restructuring of the league will see them remain in the top flight.

Guttman out
Elsewhere, Hapoel Petach-Tikva coach Eli Guttman has stepped down only 12 months after agreeing a three-year deal, with Maccabi Tel-Aviv coach Nir Levin tipped to replace him.
