Faroe Islands round-up: Toftir up to second

B68 Toftir are up to second place in the Faroe Islands first division after a 2-1 win at Skála.

B68 Toftir are up to second place in the Faroe Islands first division after a 2-1 away win at bottom side Skála.

Level at half-time
Frioin Ziskason gave B68 a 16th-minute lead, but the home side fought back to level through Alexander Johansen just after the half hour, to give them hope of ending an eight-match winless streak.

Nygaard winner
However, B68 regained the initiative following half-time, and finally went 2-1 ahead with ten minutes to go thanks to Andres Nygaard's goal, meaning Skálaare have now gone nine games without victory. B68 are two points behind leaders HB Tórshavn.
