Sevilla FC coach Joaquín Caparrós has decided not to renew his contract after five years in charge.
Sevilla FC coach Joaquín Caparrós has announced that he will not be renewing his contract after five years in charge at the club.

Contract rejected
The 49-year-old is reported to have been offered a two-season contract extension with Sevilla but informed the Spanish club this evening of his decision to move on. Caparrós arrived in the Andalucian capital ahead of the 2000/01 season, after a brief spell at Villarreal CF, and had just secured another UEFA Cup campaign with a sixth-place finish.
