Newly promoted Spanish Primera División Club Atlético de Madrid have further strengthened their squad with the arrival of Real Oviedo goalkeeper Esteban Andrés Suárez on a one-year loan.

Aragones reunion
In Madrid the 27-year old goalkeeper will be reunited with former Oviedo coach Luis Aragones. Atlético have a clause in the deal allowing them to buy the player at the end of the season if they wish. Esteban was part of the Spain side that won the 1998 UEFA European Under-21 Championship.
