Norway round-up: Brann move above relegation zone

SK Brann received a much-needed boost when they recorded a 3-1 win against IK Start.
SK Brann received a much-needed boost to their faltering season when they recorded a 3-1 win against IK Start last night in Norway to move out of thwe relegation zone.

Solis on target
Costa Rican Alonso Solis was the hero, scoring the first and the third goal. Erlend Hanstveit scored Brann's second to make it 2-1 four minutes from the end after Kristoffer Hæstad had restored parity.

Doomed for relegation
Start had their captain Helge Bjønsaas sent of and now look doomed for relegation. The bottom club are 12 points away from the play off-place, with just five games left.
