Promising talent
The 20-year-old comes to the club from CA Independiente - the same side that Anderlecht striker Nicolas Frutos once played for - for an undisclosed fee having been tipped as one of the rising stars of Argentinian football after winning the FIFA U-20 World Cup with his national team.

Group stage guarantee
A small, nimble player, he has been in negotiations in Brussels all week and says he was swayed to join the club ahead of offers from Spain because of the guarantee of UEFA Champions League group stage action. "I chose Anderlecht over Villarreal [CF] and Valencia [CF] because I can play group stage football here."
