UEFA Cup participants FC Haka have re-signed the 33-year-old former Finnish international defender Harri Ylönen on a free transfer.

FC Haka have re-signed former Finnish international defender Harri Ylönen on a free transfer.

Finnish return
The 33-year-old, who won 44 caps for his country, has agreed a contract for the rest of the Finnish season, which finishes at the end of October. Ylönen made a total of 212 league appearances over nine years with Haka either side of a spell in Norway with SK Brann before leaving the club for German second division side SF Siegen 1899 in 2004. Haka will play FC Levadia Tallinn of Estonia in the UEFA Cup first qualifying round, with the ties taking place on 13 and 27 July.
