Club Atlético de Madrid missed their opportunity to move up from fifth in the table as they lost 1-0 at struggling Club Atlético Osasuna.
Third win
Osasuna earned only their third win of the season as a 62nd-minute goal from Argentinian midfield player Gerardo Rivero proved to be decisive at the El Sadar stadium in Pamplona as Javier Aguirre's side had a rare taste of victory.

With a busy day in the top flight in Spain on Sunday, Osasuna will start the day in 14th place in the table, while Atlético could be overtaken by RC Celta de Vigo, RC Deportivo La Coruña, Real Betis Balompié, Málaga CF and FC Barcelona.
