Pavlin returns home

Miran Pavlin joined NK Olimpija Ljubljana on loan until the end of the season.
Slovenian international Miran Pavlin has sealed a return to his homeland by joining NK Olimpija Ljubljana on loan until the end of the season.

Loan move
The captain of the Slovenian national team is officially an FC Porto player but he moved in to Turkish club Samsunspor on loan in the summer. However he did not find his feet in Turkey and has laterly been training with Slovenian third division side NK Britof.

Experienced midfield player
The experienced midfield player has scored five goals in 48 international appearances and previously played in the Bundesliga for SC Freiburg and Karlsruher SC before signing for Porto in 2000. He played for Slovenia at the EURO 2000™ finals and at the 2002 FIFA World Cup finals in Korea/Japan.
