Knee trouble for Kalla

VfL Bochum 1848's Cameroonian defender Raymond Kalla has been ruled out for at least a month.

VfL Bochum 1848's injury crisis intensified today when defender Raymond Kalla was ruled out for at least a month with a knee injury.

Sick list
The Cameroonian international suffered the blow during a training session and now needs an operation. Midfield players Sunday Oliseh (thigh), Paul Freier (toe) and Sebastian Schiendzielorz (ligaments) have already been sidelined for Saturday's match against FC Hansa Rostock, while Dariusz Wosz is suspended.

Well-travelled
Kalla joined Bochum in 2002 after spells with Spanish side CF Extremadura, Greek club Panahaiki GC and Canon Yaounde in his homeland. He has played 18 1. Bundesliga matches this season and has appeared 61 times for Cameroon.
