Hamburger SV may have been on the wrong end of a 6-0 scoreline last weekend but the Rothosen recovered from that humbling at FC Bayern München with six goals of their own against 1. FC Köln.
Mladen Petrić's first-half hat-trick and strikes by Änis Ben-Hatira (32), Gojko Kačar (52) and Zé Roberto (58) completed a resounding 6-2 success in Michael Oenning's first game in temporary charge.
