FK Belasica GC replaced FK Pobeda at the top of the Macedonia's Prva Fudbalska Liga after a comfortable 3-0 home win over FK Kumanovo on Wednesday.

Pobeda defeated
Pobeda relinquished the top spot after going down 2-0 at FK Cementarnica 55 and are now two points adrift. Belasica went ahead through Ljubisa Nikolic's first goal of the night after 28 minutes. Zoran Baldovaliev put the home side firmly in command just after the hour mark, before Nikolic capped a convincing win in the 65th minute.

Lacklustre display
Pobeda put in a lacklustre display as they fell to only their sixth defeat of the season. Esad Colakovic put Cementarnica ahead in the 43rd minute and Goran Trpkovski added a second 17 minutes from time.

Vardar in charge
Third-placed FK Vardar moved to within three points of Pobeda after claiming a narrow 1-0 home victory over FK Sloga Jugomagnat. Dejan Ristovski scored the only goal of the game in the 78th minute.

Makedonija bottom
Struggling FK Makedonija Skopje are still rooted to the foot of the table after suffering a 4-2 home reverse against FK Sileks. In Wednesday's remaining fixtures, FK Pelister edged out FK Osogovo 1-0, while FK Napredok and FK Rabotnicki shared the spoils in a goalless draw.
