Kisteleki to lead Hungary's FA

The Hungarian Football Federation has elected István Kisteleki as its new president following Monday's extraordinary congress in Budapest.

Comprehensive victory
Kisteleki, who is also president of the Hungarian Football League, the body which oversees the country's top two professional divisions, won 66 votes from delegates, compared to his rival Péter Pellady's 30 nominations. The 53-year-old replaces Imre Bozóky whose reign ended in January. The meeting was attended by UEFA Executive Committee member Joseph Mifsud.
