Proceedings against players of the Moldova women’s national team and other individuals

Following the disciplinary investigation conducted by UEFA Ethics and Disciplinary Inspectors and the opening of disciplinary proceedings against players of the Moldovan Women’s national team and other individuals, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has announced the following decisions:
Charges against Mr. Mihail Bejenari
- Failure to cooperate with the Ethics and Disciplinary Inspectors, Art. 11(2)(k) DR
- Violation of the integrity of matches and competitions, Art. 12(2)(a) DR
Decision:
The CEDB has decided:
- Mr. Mihail Bejenari is banned from exercising any football-related activity for life for the violation of Articles 11(2)(k) and 12(2)(a) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations.
- To request FIFA to extend worldwide the above-mentioned ban.

Charges against Ms. Doina Ciobanu
- Violation of the integrity of matches and competitions, Art. 12(2)(a) and (d) DR
Decision:
The CEDB has decided:
- Ms. Doina Ciobanu is banned from exercising any football-related activity for two (2) years for the violation of Articles 12(2)(a) and 12(2)(d) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations.
- To request FIFA to extend worldwide the above-mentioned ban.

Charges against Ms. Dumitrița Prisăcari
- Violation of the integrity of matches and competitions, Art. 12(2)(a) and (d) DR
Decision:
The CEDB has decided:
- Ms. Dumitrița Prisăcari is banned from exercising any football-related activity for one (1) year for the violation of Articles12(2)(a) and 12(2)(d) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations.
- To request FIFA to extend worldwide the above-mentioned ban.

Charges against Ms. Nadejda Colesnicenco
- Violation of the integrity of matches and competitions, Art. 12(2)(d) DR
Decision:
The CEDB has decided:
- Ms. Nadejda Colesnicenco is banned from exercising any football-related activity for one (1) year for the violation of Article12(2)(d) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations.
- To request FIFA to extend worldwide the above-mentioned ban.

Charges against Ms. Anastasia Sivobolova
- Violation of the integrity of matches and competitions, Art. 12(2)(d) DR
Decision:
The CEDB has decided:
- Ms. Anastasia Sivobolova is banned from exercising any football-related activity for three (3) months for the violation of Article12(2)(d) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations.
- To request FIFA to extend worldwide the above-mentioned ban.
