Captain Marc Planus could miss FC Girondins de Bordeaux's UEFA Champions League first knockout round second leg at home to Olympiacos FC because of a knee injury. The centre-back limped off 33 minutes into the French champions' 2-1 home loss to AJ Auxerre on Wednesday after colliding with Auxerre's Dennis Oliech. "He sprained his knee and will undergo an MRI scan," a club statement read. Bordeaux lead 1-0 from the first leg in Piraeus ahead of the return on 17 March.
