Defender Gabriel Milito has been ruled out of FC Barcelona's UEFA Champions League Group D encounter with FC København after picking up an adductor muscle tear in training.

Defender Gabriel Milito has been ruled out of FC Barcelona's UEFA Champions League Group D encounter with FC København after picking up an adductor muscle tear in training.

The 30-year-old is also a doubt for the return encounter against the Danish champions at the Parken Stadion on 2 November with club medics suggesting the Argentinian could be out of action for around two weeks. Josep Guardiola's side trail group leaders København by two points going into Wednesday's game at Camp Nou but will be buoyed by their
2-1 weekend Liga win over Valencia CF that came thanks to goals from Andrés Iniesta and Carles Puyol.
