Olympique de Marseille

Clubs: CS Louhans-Cuiseaux, Olympique de Marseille, US Créteil (loan), RC Strasbourg (loan), AC Ajaccio (loan)

• A Senegalese midfielder from Dakar, N'Diaye joined Marseille in 2004 from Louhans-Cuiseaux, making his debut for the club in September that year, aged 19.

• Suffered two serious knee injuries during the early phase of his career, the second of which preceded a season-long loan to Strasbourg in which he did not play a single match.

• Made two appearances for Marseille in 2007/08 and earned a new contract but his career stalled again and he spent 18 months in Corsica playing for Ajaccio, accumulating 31 Ligue 2 appearances in 2009/10.

• Back at OM for the 2010/11 campaign and made his UEFA Champions League debut on Matchday 6 – in a 1-0 home win against Chelsea FC.
