We meet the Oleksandr Kadenko, the gold medal recipient in the 2010 UEFA Grassroots Day Awards for best leader.

We find out about Ukraine's Leather Ball competition, involving over 500,000 children across the country, and hear from Oleksandr Kadenko, the winner of the gold award in the category of Best Leader in the 2010 UEFA Grassroots Day awards for his work on the competition and popularising football among youngsters in Ukraine.
