The second annual UEFA Grassroots Day took place around Europe in the week leading up to the 2011 UEFA Champions League final, with the main focus of attention being on London's Hyde Park. To learn more about the importance of the day, we spoke to the Football Association's head of development, Sir Trevor Brooking.
