• Helped England to the final of the 2007 U17 European Championship in Belgium but missed the showpiece defeat by Spain due to a bout of concussion sustained in the last four; scored three goals at the 2009 U19 European Championship in Ukraine as England reached the final, where they lost 2-0 to the hosts.

• Helped Norwich win promotion to the Premier League in 2010/11, scoring four goals in 23 league appearances after joining on loan in November 2010.
