We discover the grassroots impact of co-hosting UEFA EURO 2012 for Poland.

The countdown to UEFA EURO 2012 is now well underway with less than a year to go until Poland kick-off the tournament in Warsaw on June 8 2012. The staging of half of the event in Poland is likely to have positive reverberations all the way down to the grassroots level. To find out more about this impact we spoke to grassroots manager at the Polish Football Association, Thomas Zabielski and former national team coach, Jerzy Engel.
