• Moved to Reggina as an 18-year-old in 2006 and scored on his debut, in a Coppa Italia tie against AC Chievo Verona.

• Returned home after a couple of loan spells when he joined Nordsjælland in September 2008; eight league goals the following season attracted the interest of Villarreal, who signed him in August 2010.

• Bille, who made just one Liga appearance for the Yellow Submarine in his first campaign at El Madrigal, scored twice in Denmark's final warm-up game ahead of the U21 finals − a 4-0 win against Turkey.
