Clubs: FC Tescoma Zlín, SK Slavia Praha, UC Cittá di Palermo (loan)

Under-21 debut: 2-2 v Korea Republic (29/03/2009)

• A series of promising displays for Zlín caught the eye of Slavia, who signed the right-back in summer 2009.

• Spent half a season with the capital club before Palermo took him on loan in January 2010, though his Serie A experience was limited to a late cameo against Bologna FC two months later.

• Returned to Slavia for the 2010/11 season, after Palermo decided not to take up the option of a permanent transfer, and featured in all but two of 30 league matches (two goals).
