• Politevich came to prominence during a first spell at Naftan, being named as the best defender in the 2008 edition of the prestigious Valentin Granatkin international youth tournament in St Petersburg.

• Left Naftan for Krylya Sovetov in the winter of 2008 but made just one Russian Cup appearance for his side before being loaned back to his old club from summer 2009.

• Secured a permament move back to Belarus, joining Dinamo Minsk ahead of the 2011 season; played in all ten of Belarus's qualifiers en route to the 2011 U21 finals.
