KNVB talent identification

We investigate the system the Dutch use to unearth new talent.

To find out about the Royal Netherlands Football Association’s talent identification process we visit an amateur club in the town of Veldhoven, before seeing the next stage in the selection process and speaking to KNVB coaches and scouts about what they look for in a young player for them to have potential.
