Behind the scenes at Zenit with Malafeev

As FC Zenit St Petersburg prepare to host FC Porto, Vyacheslav Malafeev takes UEFA.com behind the scenes at the Russian champions and gives an insight into his football philosophy.

Three years on from their UEFA Champions League debut, FC Zenit St Peterburg are back and hoping to make it to the last 16 this time, though they must recover from an opening 2-1 loss at APOEL FC when they welcome FC Porto in Group G on Wednesday.

Goalkeeper Vyacheslav Malafeev gives UEFA.com an insight into their preparations as he takes us on a guided tour of their training ground, and discusses issues including whether a Russian side could win the UEFA Champions League and his goalkeeping role models.
