Krunoslav Jurčić, Dinamo coach
It is very difficult to analyse this now, in one match we played two matches. We lost Jerko Leko in the first half but we were equal to Lyon in the first half. It was difficult to respond in the second half. My team is tired after a long first part of the season.

I am the first person to take responsibility but we were in a very difficult group and we had a lot of problems in the dressing room. If we learn something from this then competing in the Champions League will have been worthwhile. Dinamo are a team who reached a Champions League for the first time in 12 years and we need to learn something from our time here.

After the match Dinamo opted to terminate Jurčić's contract.

I tried to bring the focus back to our game plan at half-time. They had ten men on the pitch and we had just conceded and were not really producing everything we needed. There was a bit of anger [at half-time]. We knew that our toughest mission was to put doubt in their heads by scoring one or two goals. We had all thought about this scenario and afterwards we all felt great joy, but credit to the players.

There were no second thoughts in my starting lineup [leaving Lisandro on the bench]. I didn't wanted to rest any player, only to select the best team available for this match. It's not often we have a squad at full strength.
