We find out why 2011 UEFA Best Grassroots Leader, John de Looze, is so valued at the KNVB.

A familiar face to visitors of the Royal Netherlands Football Association for many years, volunteer John de Looze was named Best Leader in the 2011 UEFA Grassroots Day Awards. We speak to him about his life in football as well as hearing from those who have worked with him down the years.
