Cristiano Ronaldo enjoyed a memorable 2010/11, making history as the first player to score 40 goals in a Liga campaign. Even that was only good enough to inspire Real Madrid CF to second place behind FC Barcelona and, after finishing third in the inaugural UEFA Best Player in Europe Award, he tells UEFA.com it is time to translate personal glory into team success. Indeed, for the Portugal forward, Manchester United FC's 2008 UEFA Champions League success remains "the highlight of my career so far" – it is an achievement he is eager to match.
