Wing play drill

We present a practice exercise to improve your team's potency in attack from wide positions.

Attacking play using the wings can be one of the most effective methods of creating goalscoring opportunities a team can adopt, with Angel Di Maria, Gareth Bale and Arjen Robben prime examples of players to utilise these positions. This drill from Coerver Coaching can help your team improve this area of their play, with detailed explanations of the set-up using our tactical planning tool, TactX.
