Which player most inspired you and why? Kozue Ando. We went to the same university in Japan and she was also my team-mate. She has been my role model since.

Which coach most inspired you? Yoshiharu Abe. He was the coach of my school team.

What was the best advice they gave you? You should always train at 120%. It enables you to always have an extra boost during the games.

Best player you've played with? Aya Miyama.

Toughest opponent? All nations.

What are your memories of your first club as a child? In the first game of my life I scored a goal!

What tip would you give a young player hoping to succeed? Gain experience and never give up.
